SITE LICENSE AGREEMENT

A. TERMS DEFINITION

1. APPLET denotes the binary file of Java News Ticker Applet (jar file that includes java classes and resources) and the documentation files associated with the applet.

2. WEBSITE denotes a web domain, all subdomains and all pages residing on this domain.

B. ORDER PROCEDURE

1. After payment, the client must to send the domain for the APPLET via our contact page.

2. After receiving the domain name from the client, email with APPLET archive will be sent to client.

C. GENERAL TERMS

1. The APPLET is sold per WEBSITE and will only run on one single domain. The domain is specified after purchase and before client will receive the APPLET product.

2. The APPLET can be used on any page in the website.

3. The APPLET can not be used on other site using any technique for inclusion of remote hosted applets into webpages.

4. You may not decompile or disassemble the APPLET.

5. Use of the APPLET constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions and your agreement to abide by them.

6. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not download, purchase or use the APPLET.

7. The product is licensed ROYALTY FREE. You pay to use them on a website. You do not pay additional royalties when you sell a website or when requiring payments for private sections in the website.
