Mouse Rollover Effect

When mouse passes over a headline, different color and font can be set for that particular headline. Also if user clicks the headline a pop-up window will be open with the URL of the headline.

Applet parameters related to this feature are:

hoverFgColor: foreground color when mouse moves over headlines
hoverBgColor: background color when mouse moves over headlines
hoverFont: font for headlines when mouse moves over headlines
target: window target of the pop-up windows for news (ex: _blank)
